  • Gian and I are walking home when we saw Chef Adam, the executive chef of Sagamore Resort, along the way.

  • RJ:
    Hello, sir. Nice to meet you.
  • Chef Adam:
    Nice to meet you. Where are you assigned?
  • RJ:
    Kitchen, sir.
  • Gian:
    He's assigned to the La Bella Vita, chef.
  • Chef Adam:
    Well, let's rock and roll then.

    Haha, thank you, sir.

  Why I respect this guy; basically, he’s now LeBron of the Cavaliers 2.0 minus the ego. But he knows and admits his mistakes. He doesn’t let pride take him over.

  The Bulls are young and they have much to learn. Still, I’m proud of what they have achieved with just 1 go-to guy. They have exceeded expectations. Heck, nobody even expected them to reach the Eastern Conference Finals at the start of the season. It was a great year. Let’s go BULLS!
